A few words about Eleftheria
Eleftheria was born and grew up in Agrinio. In 2007 she was admitted to the School of Physical Education and Sport Science of the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. While in sixth grade, she had her first contact with sports when she became involved with track and field. The year after, she won first place in racewalking at the national school championships. Since then, over the next twelve years, she has managed to always place first or second. She graduated from university in 2011 and began training at the Studio One private school where she was awarded diplomas for Personal Training, Group Exercise Leader, (aerobic, step, strength training, tae box, Aqua aerobic, Power Cycling), BodyArt, EBC (Alignment).
Since 2013…
In 2013 she was selected to teach at the school and has been providing teaching there for the Personal Training Diploma ever since. She is also responsible for the Administration of the School’s Online Education Platform. While teaching at the school, she worked as a fitness and group trainer in various gyms in Athens and undertook the position of Manager at two of them. From 2013 to 2020 she was a trainer at the Panionios Track and Field Academies for 4-8 year-olds. She still works as a personal trainer and takes on students who wish to sit the entrance exams for the gymnastic academy, as well as military and police academies. She writes articles for magazines and websites in Greece and is an Ambassador of Saucony Greece (athletics clothes and footwear) as well as the technology firm Τechpassion.
She has two Balkan wins and has taken part in the world-cup for Racewalking in Russia.
Activities
