Eleftheria was born and raised in Agrinio. In 2007, she was admitted to the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science in Athens. In fourth grade, she first came into contact with sports, specifically track and field. In her first year of junior high school, she won first place in the Greek National School Championship in Race Walking. From then on, and for the following 12 years, she consistently ranked 1st or 2nd in Greece. She graduated from university in 2011 and continued her training at the private Studio One Academy, where she completed diplomas in Personal Training, Group Exercise Leader, (aerobics, step, functional training, tae box, aqua aerobics, Power Cycling), BodyArt, and e.b.c. (Orthosomia).
Since 2011, she has worked with people of all ages and genders, from 15 different countries, through personal and group training for improving physical condition, improving body posture (Orthosomia), weight loss, strengthening with all types of equipment, improving cardiorespiratory function, flexibility, and everything that fitness includes.
More specifically, she has worked, and continues to work, with adults, teenagers, and children with specialized goals, elderly people who want to improve their way of life, as well as public figures (ambassadors, television personalities, and entrepreneurs).
She has achieved two Balkan victories and has also participated in a Race Walking World Cup in Russia.
